Shipping policy

I have included the postal charges in the cost of the ‘heart’.

The initial box will be sent using Royal Mail tracked 48 service and it is then up to you which service you use to send it back to me.

Once received please allow five working days for me to complete the ‘heart’ and then I shall return the finished ‘heart’ using Royal Mail tracked 24 service.
